In this course, we’ll explore the basic principles of lighting design and experience first-hand how lighting professionals achieve different effects in our in-house Zumtobel lighting studio.

- Understand the basic principles of lighting design and get an overview of lamps: their fittings, color temperature, rendition, and regulations
- Learn where to source light fixtures and how to tell apart the different light sources, from incandescent to fluorescent, halogen, and LED
- Tools for designing the best possible lighting scheme through an understanding of light interaction, types of lighting, and an application of artificial lighting
